Privacy Policy

This policy applies to R3Forma, developed by André Luiz Nogueira. The app is in development, and this page describes what it does today.
The app asks for no account, shows no ads, has no purchases and does not send your projects to any server. Projects live in files you save yourself, wherever you choose.
Your projects
A project contains what you draw and type: lot measurements, walls, rooms, doors, windows, floors and the names you give the project and its rooms. It is only written when you save, to a project file in the location you choose. On Android and iOS, the file is kept in the app's documents folder.
The PDF floor plan is also generated on your device or in your browser and saved wherever you choose. Sharing a project file or a PDF with other people is your decision, made outside the app.
No collection, no ads, no purchases
This version has no accounts, cloud sync, report submission, usage analytics, advertising trackers, ads or purchases. No advertising identifier is created or read.
If any of those features arrive later — project sync or a paid plan, for example — this page will be updated first, describing what is sent and how to request deletion.
Browser version
The browser version is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you open any website, the server delivering it processes connection information, such as your IP address, in order to serve and protect the page. That is done by GitHub's infrastructure, not by the app.
To run, the page may also download components and fonts of Flutter, the technology the app is built with, served by Google (gstatic.com). Google receives the same connection information in that request. None of your project data goes with it.
In the browser, saving a project downloads the file to your computer, and opening a project reads the file you select without sending it anywhere. The browser may keep a copy of the app's own files so it opens faster. That copy does not contain your projects.

Children and guardians
R3Forma is a work tool for professionals and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from them and has no area where other people see what was written.
Retention and deletion
Project files and PDFs stay where you saved them until you delete them. We keep no copy of them. Uninstalling the app on Android or iOS removes the projects kept in its documents folder. If you have any question about data related to the app, write to the address below.
