Privacy Policy

Data stored on your device

The app stores pets, routines, schedules, supplies, histories, care records and preferences. Photos selected for pets and audio recorded for reminders also stay on your device. These records are not sent to a server operated by the developer.

When exporting or sharing a report, you choose the destination and which information to make available.

You can edit or delete data using the features in the app. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes local storage; exported files and any operating system backups or restores are managed separately by you and the system. Export anything you want to keep before switching devices.

Advertising and Google services

The app uses Google AdMob. The SDK may collect your IP address (from which approximate location may be inferred), device or advertising identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic and performance information. This data is used to display ads, measure results and prevent fraud.

Advertising consent

In regions where Google’s consent form is required, it is shown before ads are loaded. When available, you can review your choices in the app’s Settings.

In-app purchases

Purchases to remove ads or unlock features are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store card details. The app uses purchase status information to make purchased features available.

Permissions

• Notifications: for routine reminders.
• Exact alarms and battery optimization exemption: to help reminders sound at their scheduled times.
• Microphone: only to record a custom reminder sound.
• Photos and files: to select pet images and save or share files.
• Internet: used by advertising and purchase services.

Permissions can be managed in your device settings. Denying a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working.

Sharing, retention and your choices

We do not sell your data. Records you enter are not sent to a server operated by the developer. Google services process advertising and purchase data under their own policies and retention periods, including on infrastructure outside your country.

Local data remains until you delete it. Data you export or share is also handled by your chosen destination. For data processed by Google, see the contact channels in Google’s policy; for questions about the app, use the contact details below.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to the developer, please contact us so that we can look into the situation.
