Deep Space Fishing
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
This policy applies to Deep Space Fishing, developed by André Luiz Nogueira. The game is in development, and this page describes what it does today.
The game asks for no account, shows no ads, has no purchases and sends nothing to any server. Progress and preferences stay on your device or in your browser.
Local progress and settings
The game stores language, audio and control preferences on the device itself, along with game progress once that feature is available. This data never leaves the device and is not associated with you.
Clearing the app's data, or the site data in the browser version, removes that storage and erases your progress. Uninstalling the game also removes local data. On Android, automatic backup to your Google account may restore progress if you reinstall the game with the same account.
No collection, no ads, no purchases
This version of the game has no online leaderboard, player accounts, report submission, usage analytics, advertising trackers, ads or in-app purchases. No advertising identifier is created or read.
If any of those features arrive later — a tournament leaderboard, for example — this page will be updated first, describing what is sent and how to request deletion.
Browser version
The playable browser version is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you open any website, the server delivering it processes connection information, such as your IP address, in order to serve and protect the page. That is done by GitHub's infrastructure, not by the game, which sends nothing on its own.
Learn more in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Children and guardians
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. There are no ads, no chat between players, no loot boxes, and no field where a player writes anything that another person will see.
Because nothing leaves the device, there is no record on our side for a guardian to request the deletion of. To erase local data, clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Retention and deletion
Local data stays on the device until you or the system removes it. We keep no copy of it. If you have any question about data related to the game, write to the address below.
Contact and requests
The party responsible for this game and for the data described in this policy is André Luiz Nogueira. For questions or requests, write to contatopatapreta@gmail.com, stating the application and the platform you use.

Changes to this policy
This page will be updated whenever the handling of data changes. The date above identifies the most recent update.
