Privacy Policy

This policy covers the apps developed by André Luiz Nogueira:

• Listagem (com.andreluiznogueira.listagem)
• Hora do Pet (com.andreluiznogueira.horadopet)

Where the two differ, the difference is noted in the text.

Summary

Whatever you type into the apps stays on your device. There is no account, no login, and none of it is sent to a server of ours — we do not run a server.

The apps show ads. For that, Google's ad platform (AdMob) collects information from your device. That is the only collection that happens, and it is done by Google, not by us.

Data that stays on your device

Everything you enter is written to a local database, inside the app's private area on your device:

• Listagem: your lists, items, prices and purchase history.
• Hora do Pet: your pets, routines, schedules, inventory, history and app settings. Also the photos you choose for your pets and the audio you record as reminder sounds.

This data is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. We have no access to it. Uninstalling the app deletes it along with the app — there is no copy anywhere else, so export anything important before you uninstall or switch devices.

In Hora do Pet, the local database is stored encrypted.

Data collected for ads

The apps use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and process:

• your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID);
• your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• device information such as model, operating system, language and time zone;
• ad interaction data (impressions and clicks).

This collection is performed by Google and is governed by Google's own policies. For details on how the data is used and what choices you have, see the Google Privacy Policy and the page on how Google uses data in advertising.

You can limit this at any time in your device settings, under Google → Ads, by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier.

Consent in the EEA and the UK

In Hora do Pet, anyone in a region covered by the GDPR sees a consent form before any ad is loaded, and can review that choice later inside the app, under Settings.

Listagem is distributed in Brazil and does not yet include that form.

In-app purchases

The apps offer one-time purchases to remove ads and unlock features. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see, receive or store card or payment details.

The app only stores, on the device itself, the fact that a purchase was made — so it knows whether to keep showing ads.

Permissions

Each permission is requested at the moment it is used, with an explanation of why, and none of them is required for the app to work.

Hora do Pet

• Notifications — to alert you when a routine is due. Without it there are no reminders.
• Exact alarms and ignore battery optimisation — so the reminder arrives on time even with the app closed.
• Microphone — only when you record a custom sound. The audio stays on the device.
• Photos — only when you pick a photo for a pet. The image stays on the device.

Listagem

• Camera — only when you use code scanning. Images are neither stored nor sent anywhere.

Both apps use internet access, and it serves only to load ads and validate purchases.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your data. The only third parties involved are the Google services already named here: Google AdMob, to display ads, and Google Play, to process purchases.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect data from that age group.

Your rights

Because the apps' data lives only on your device, you have direct control over it: you can edit or delete any information inside the app itself, and uninstalling removes everything.

For data collected by Google for advertising, access and deletion requests must be made to Google, through the channels listed in their policy. If you have questions, write to the address at the bottom of this page.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes in how the apps handle data, this page will be updated and the date at the top changed.
